First, turn on the coiler. When the coiler is idling, the noise pressure level shall not exceed 90dB. When gear transmission, electrical and hydraulic components work, there shall be no irregular impact sound and periodic squeal. Try to make the mechanical transmission system operate normally, stably, without abnormal sound, and brake sensitively and reliably. Then check the hydraulic components and pipelines to ensure that there is no leakage.
During the operation of the plate rolling machine, the oil temperature in the oil tank shall not exceed 50 ℃ when the hydraulic system of the plate rolling machine is working. After 4 hours of continuous full load operation, the oil temperature in the oil tank shall not exceed 60 ℃. The hydraulic transmission parts shall be free from vibration creeping, stagnation and significant impact within the working range. The amplitude of no-load operation shall not exceed 30 μ m。

- Before each startup, add lubricating oil regularly, fixedly and quantitatively according to the requirements of the lubrication chart, and the oil should be clean and free of sediment.
